Grayd - Gold Reach Announce Start of IP Program

Vancouver, BC, June 13, 2005 . . . Grayd Resource Corporation (TSX Venture: GYD) and Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: GRH) are pleased to announce the start of a new geophysical program on the Seel copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry property located in Central B.C. The program is designed to test the strike extensions of the 1.2 km long anomaly defined in the 2004 geophysical survey. Drill holes completed within the existing IP anomaly in late 2004 and early 2005 intersected wide intervals of porphyry-style copper - gold - molybdenum mineralization (drill results were announced in press releases in January through April, 2005).

Work planned includes grid establishment and approximately 44 line-kilometres of 3-Dimensional Induced Polarization (IP) and magnetometer geophysical surveys. The majority of the area being surveyed is covered by overburden. However, outcrops of altered rock do occur with some containing anomalous copper – gold mineralization. The new survey will also encompass the areas around historical Ox-East drill holes that encountered highly altered and pyritic rocks and the silver-lead-zinc bearing Damascus vein. Combined with the previous survey, the new work will result in geophysical coverage along approximately five kilometres of strike within the prospective exploration corridor on the Seel.

Gold Reach can earn a 61% interest in the Seel property by incurring $1,000,000 in exploration expenditures before December 31, 2006. Once Gold Reach has vested, Grayd has 60 days to elect to earn back 10% of the interest by incurring the next $250,000 in exploration expenditures (effectively forming a 51% Gold Reach – 49% Grayd Joint Venture). During the earn-in period, Grayd is the operator.
