May 12, 2006 - Vancouver, BC – Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: GRH) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Watt to the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Watt has agreed to act as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in place of Tanuja deSilva who will now act as Vice President of Corporate Finance. Mr. Watt received his professional designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1973.
