Gold Reach appoints Barbara Welsh for 2006 Work Program

Vancouver, British Columbia: Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (GRH: TSX-V) ("Gold Reach" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the company has entered into a contract with Barbara Welsh, P. Eng., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 to head up the next phase of drilling on the Seel property which is located approx. 8 km from the producing Huckleberry copper mine. The company feels the addition of Barbara Welsh to the exploration team on the Seel Property will be a great addition.

Barbara oversaw the entire exploration program from 2004 through 2006 of the new Main Zone Expansion pit at the operating Huckleberry Mine. She is familiar with the characteristics of this class of porphyry deposit, and its geophysical and geochemical expression. As well as open pit and grassroots exploration experience, she also has extensive underground experience. Gold Reach looks forward to working with Barbara on the Seel property.
