4000 metre Phase 3 Drill Program on Seel Property has Commenced

Vancouver, British Columbia: Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (GRH: TSX-V) ("Gold Reach" or the "Company") announces the Phase 3 drill program on the Seel Property (located 120 km south of Houston, British Columbia) is underway.

As previously stated, (See news release dated July 19th 2006) this program will be used to further expand and define the copper-gold-molybdenum resource surrounding holes S0-06 and SO-24 where intersections averaged .44% Cu and .46 g/t Au over 100 metres.

Diamond drilling will also be done on the geophysical target called the Damascus Silver Vein. The intention of the drill program is to bring the Damascus Silver Vein into NI 43-101 compliance. (See news release dated April 4, 2006). The historical mid 1980's mineralization inventory on the Damascus Silver Vein reported in the Minfile database of the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines reports an inferred resource of 196,087 tonnes grading 411.3 g/t silver, 0.47 g/t gold, 2.58 % lead and 4.63% zinc to a depth of 100 metres and an indicated resource of 20,735 tonnes with the same grades to a depth of 20 metres. The Company cautions that all figures are historical in nature, not NI-43-101 compliant, and should not be relied upon.

10 km of line cutting has been completed southwest of the Damascus Silver Vein with a 3D Induced Polarization (“IP”) geophysical survey underway to delineate further drill targets. Data from this survey will be released pending completion.

Ms. Barbara Welsh, P.Eng. is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the diamond drill program. Barbara saw through the entire exploration program from 2004-2006 of the new Main Zone Expansion pit at the nearby Huckleberry Mines Ltd. Ms. Welsh is familiar with the characteristics of this class of porphyry deposit, and its geophysical and geochemical expression. As well as open pit and grassroots exploration experience, she also has extensive underground experience. “Barbara Welsh’s expertise and previous exposure to Huckleberry’s porphyry system is another piece of the puzzle falling into place,” commented Gold Reach Resources president Conrad Swanson.

At the completion of the last drill program a total of 32 holes (6,600 metres to date) have
been drilled on the Seel Property by the Company with a majority of the holes intersecting widths of mineralization. The currently defined copper-gold-molybdenum mineralizing system extends approximately one kilometre in length by 500 metres in width and from surface to greater than 200 metres in depth.

Gold Reach Resources is a Canadian exploration company actively involved in the development of the Seel Property, a 8,446 hectare copper-gold–molybdenum property located 120 kms south of Houston, British Columbia and 8 km to the east of the producing copper-gold-molybdenum Huckleberry Mine.
