Barbara Welsh appointed to Gold Reach Board of Directors

September 13, 2006 - Vancouver, BC – Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: GRH)

("Gold Reach" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Ms. Barbara Welsh, P.Eng has joined the Board of Directors of the Company.

As previously stated Ms. Welsh saw through the entire exploration program from 2004-2006 of the new Main Zone Expansion pit at the nearby Huckleberry Mines Ltd located five miles from the Seel Property. Ms. Welsh is familiar with the characteristics of this class of porphyry deposit, and its geophysical and geochemical expression. As well as open pit and grassroots exploration experience, she also has extensive underground experience.

Gold Reach Resources is a Canadian exploration company actively involved in the development of the Seel Property, a 8,446 hectare copper-gold–molybdenum property located 120 km south of Houston, British Columbia and 8 km to the east of the producing copper-gold-molybdenum Huckleberry Mine.
