January 4, 2007 – Vancouver, BC – Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: GRH). Goldreach Resources Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Oosta Lake Resources Ltd., have acquired a 100% interest in 14 claims totaling approx. 538 ha known as the “Ox Lake Mineral Property” from Silver Standard Resources Inc., (TSX-SSO; Nasdaq:SSRI), in consideration of the issuance to Silver Standard of 2 million common shares of Gold Reach, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
