Wardrop Engineering Performs Due Diligence on Seel and Ox Lake Claims

A recent site visit of the Seel and Ox Lake claims in August by Mr. Gilles Arseneau Ph.D.,P.Geo. of Wardrop Engineering was completed. The purpose of the site visit was to undergo an external audit of the company’s operating procedures. Wardrop Engineering has been engaged to perform resource estimations on the Ox Lake and Seel Projects. The large part of the 2007 drilling program was designed by Wardrop in an effort to establish NI 43-101 resource estimates for both deposits.

The recently conducted 3-D Induced Polarization survey over the north and east sides of Ox Lake identified several new anomalies, including a new target to the northeast. As a result an additional 22km extension of 3-D IP to the northeast of Ox Lake is underway. The drill is currently being mobilized to drill test these anomalies.

The program and the technical content of this news release is under the supervision of Derrick Strickland P.Geo, a qualified person under NI 43-101.

The Company also advises that $ 511,588.has been received from the exercise of warrants that expired on August 25th and September 14th.
