Property Overview

The 100% owned Auro Property consists of 22,319 hectares located in Central British Columbia. Believed to be on the same geological trend, Auro is only 2 kms from NewGold's recently acquired "Blackwater" project, which has 6.6 million ounces of gold indicated and inferred. Drilling highlights included intersecting 329 meters of 1.25 g/t Au in hole BW59 and later in April 2010, re-drilling to 509 meters only to find more volcanic lithology's, alteration and sulphide mineralization. In addition their drill results at a vertical intercept of 329 returned 1.25 g/t gold from near the surface.

Property Status

In 2010, Gold Reach Resource completed an aggressive 1 million dollar, including 1,500 km of MAG-EM airborne exploration of the Auro Property. The information collected through geochemical soil, pH sampling and Induced Polarization geophysical surveying generated a significant amount of interest in the NW corner of the property. This NW corner borders the property of NewGold's "Blackwater" gold project.

Affirmative results from the geochemical and geophysical 3D IP survey identified 5 exploration targets. A 3,003 meter drill program of 9 holes was completed in September, 2011. Drilling was conducted in an area which is interpreted to be at a lower stratigraphic level than NewGold's discovery. Gold Reach has submitted a 5 year drilling and geophysics permit application. The next round of drilling will target Gold Reach's northern border with New Gold which is only 3km from their Blackwater discovery which has recently increased their indicated and inferred resources to 6.5 million ounces of gold.
